Processing time
We will typically ship your order within 1-10 business days after purchase.
Third Party items might have longer shipping time depending of the time used for manufacturing.
Packaging is always simple and private.

Shipping origin
Some items are shipped by Magnta from Spain using Correos, Spain’s national post service.
Some items printed by a Third Party and might ship from the closest factory in your continent.
Please check the description of the item to learn the shipping origin.

Shipping price and tracking
The price of shipping is calculate at check-out.
There’s both non-tracked and tracked shipping that you can choose.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply at arrival to their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Correos’ estimated shipping times

Europe: 1-2 weeks
United States: 2-3 weeks
Canada: 2-3 weeks
Everywhere Else: 3-8 weeks
Russian and Ukraine still have access but it’s super delayed

Third-Party Shipping

Printful Shipping
Their shipping is always tracked.
Estimate time of arrival is indicated at the time of check-out, it can be from 1week to 4 weeks depending on the item.
Printful tries to print to one of their closest manufacturing buildings to you.
If the item has limited printing sources country, I’ll ensure to indicate it on the item’s description.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply at arrival to their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Printful wont ship to:

  • Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Afghanistan, Greece, Israel, Italy, Laos, Macao, Mexico, Myanmar, Niue, Sudan, Syria, Yemen

Refunds, returns and exchanges.

All sales are final. We do NOT accept returns or refunds.

I only do exchanges of products if:

  • You received the the wrong item, size or color than ordered.
  • The Third Party made a manufacturing error like misprinting.
  • For some of the items, if the item was damaged or lost during shipping.

Some items, specially hand crafted ones, are not replaceable, please keep that in mind.
I might not be able to replace your purchase if it’s damaged or lost during shipping.
I recommend paying for tracked shipping if you buy a hand crafted item.

Make sure to write your address correctly, if the package gets returned you won’t get a refund and you’ll need to pay for the new shipping if you want to try again. If you wrote the wrong address or need to change the address before shipping, CONTACT ME ASAP!

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your time of shipping, we can’t offer you an exchange.
